Assistance Dog Information

This is the mini Assistance Dog web page. The term Assistance Dog refers to a dog that has been especially trained to assist a disabled person. Some are called Guide Dogs, that assist the blind; Hearing Dogs or Signal Dogs that assist the Deaf; and Service dogs that help assist persons with disabilities other than blindness and deafness.
